Kali Linux not working with Live US Boot !

hey guys hows you all ?
i've installed Kali linux in 4GB of usb (usb format Fat32) and i tried to boot it and yes it booted but then it hangs the display was completely messed up and then i get error which was something like this = failed to handle ideal channel 0xasas nouveou..

my pc specs : core 2 duo e74000
nvidia 512mb ddr5 dx 9 card
3gb ram

I used Universal USB Installer for burn the ISO on the USB i dont know why its not working waiting for your replies guys..

How did you boot it? Did you boot from the BIOS menu? Have you tried erasing the USB and reinstalling with Universal USB Installer?
