I accidentally had my windows replaced by kali instead of setting up a duel boot and now I am searching for some advice on how to remove Kali and put Windows 7 again.

Just reinstall Win7 onto the hardrive. Win7 will reuse the whole drive, eliminating the Kali install.
Hopefully you had a backup of your Win7 drive, before you installed Kali. If you did, you should be able to boot the Win7 cd, I think there is an option on the cd to reinstall your backup data.

Oh ok lol thanks, I was under the impression that the grub was taking over the motherboard bios, but i got it to boot from cd before HD now and its loading windows files.
