Hi, I have just installed ATI fglrx drivers on my kali (amd64), and I found that KMS (Kernel Mode Setting) is not working, after long time searches I saw the AMD Catalyst instruction of driver installation it it says "Disabling kernel mode setting is important, as the driver doesn't take advantage of KMS yet. If you do not deactivate KMS, your system might freeze when trying to switch to a TTY or even when shutting down via your DE. " ... so, the driver was installed called AMD WRESTLER, the old one - Gallium 0.4 AMD Palm, which one is better? Should I leave this one or remove and reinstall old (open sourced) one?
