MANA wont start

Hello guys..
This morning i installed nethunter succesfully. I have tp link wn722n. This morning everything worked fine with mana, but with no reason, MANA wont start via web interface. I tried everything, but wifi dongle wont start blinking.
Everything elsenis working fine and dongle itself is flawless.

Is there any way to completly restart MANA or something else is better to do.

Beside tp link, i have nexus 2012 tablet.

I also had some difficulty, i managed to start it with cd /usr/share/mana-toolkit/run-mana/ && ./start-nat-full.sh hope this helps you out.

Ps forgot to mention from kali shell

I also have the same issue and i tried skycrazys tip but that did not work either.. is there a service that needs to be started first? Any help would be appreciated
