Nexus 2012 Dead Android Red Triangle after TWRP recovery mode

Hello,
I'm looking for some help on my install. After following the steps and going to the "install" tab, I go to TWRP and reboot into recovery mode, but when the nexus reboots, I get a dead android picture with an exclamation pint in a red triangle. Can anyone provide some tips to resolve this issue?

I had this too. Just force reboot your n7 2012 and continue as normal.

I had this as well. The reason was that I hadn't checked the "Custom Recovery" checkbox while rooting the device using the Nexus Root Toolkit. Just repeat this step and you should be fine.
