help me kali keeps freezing completely

MY computer runs on 32bit.. intel pent dual core E5400 dual core 2.7ghz clock speed on board graphics 2gb ram and 500gb Sata
I was never facing a freezing problem o it now that i have updated it,after half and hour so it completely freezes and nothing can be used nor my keyboard or the mouse and it is dual booted with win8 few days later even windows was freezing but that issue got solved but kali linux still freezes help me please

Hi leon9923.
If you have a wireless mouse/keyboard then when it freeze unplug and replug you USB cable for them. It happens to me many times. Kali keeps running but for some reason my mouse/keyboard stops recognized by the system.
I know it's a little bit annoying but I can live with that. Maybe if I got some spare time I will dig to that.
