Kali keeps Rebooting?

Hi,

i've used Kali alltimes without any problems.

this time is different.. i obtained a "old" Asus A6R and gave it some more RAM. 1500 MB to be more specific and CPU speeds is 1,7 ghz. (so it should run right?¿)
I've done everything on the installation as it should, i even followed many tutorials, but none works.

the thing is thats installation went allright, but when i try to boot Kali for the first time it says "loading kernel etc"
then waits a few sec, then Reboots. and it keeps doing this.

i've tryed everything, changing partitions, changing Grub etc.

Can anyone help me out here?

Even Live USB, Live fail safe, live (686-pae) none of the fice options work.

but i noticed a error when trying to boos Live USB Persistence is giving this error: TEST_UNIT_READY failed (err_mask=0x4)

further i have no clue where to begin....... anybody wants to help out?
