i have the same thing now after updating ...i dont know what is the solution i did everything ...and it doesnt work ...i hope they find a solution

today i've the same error in my kali32vm ..i "THINK" is related to upgrade-Volatility(but i'm not expert)
i don't know if this is correct ..but in MY kali i made this steps:
remove distorm3 & kali-linux-forensic
update && upgrade &&..the "new"python-distorm3 is successful

@zimmaro, there's no need for that. Just upgrading and updating as usual is required to fix the issue, as mentioned in the link i posted above.
