First time installation of Kali Linux On VM Fails with error code.

Hey Everyone,I am currently trying to install Kali Linux 64bit on Oracle VirtualBox and running it as a Virtual Machine (Currently Using the latest Kali Linux Version which is 1.0.9a).And based on the Title of this Thread I stated that my installation of Kali Linux has an error which I don't know what it's saying and the error code shows up the moment i hit enter on the 'Install' option and then the following error code comes out>

Before attempting to install Kali Linux i've watched videos of other people installing it and so I tried it myself but however the error code above shows up and the funny thing is,the videos that i've watched does not have such problems.So does anyone here on the forum knows what I might be doing wrong???

Did you check the SHA1 of the ISO file that you downloaded?

Hey, I am also facing this problem since last week,
Actually my condition is , i am trying to install(not live) kali linux amd 64_1.0.9a on a pendrive(32gb) through the virtual box , so i can use the pendrive as my hard drive to booot into kali , as i mention ,i am facing this problem since last week before it i was able to boot it from usb and every this was right ,i format it for some resons and trying again to do the same but now i am unable to boot it from usb ,i am also attaching a attachment of my error when i try to boot it from my usb after installation of kali through virtual box(installed completly without error) , any suggestion and reply will be highly appericiated

I'll tell you that doing that operation between a vm and a usb stick is not going to work well you are more than likely getting a kernel panic because as g0tmi1k stated the md5 of the file is more than likely different as virtual machines have a lot of usb bus data drop.

I would recommend downloading the iso for kali linux and using the universal usb installer for windows found here
Or if you have a linux distro currently installed as your host get unetbootin by doing the following:

apt-get install unetbootin

To install it on your computer directly or boot from live CD

If you wish to install it on a VM please select the ISO saved on your hard drive and not by installing from USB stick.

As Grub can not be installed on nonPAE-Hardware even with non-PAE-Kali.iso (what is a bug).

What shall I do ? Please help !

Well kinda I am running Debian 64 bit and everytime I try and reboot this code:
