Strange internet access error only with Kali Linux

Installed kali linux 1.0.9 ISO on USB flash. Got everything working with persistence, and LUKS encryption.Put in USB start kali linux connect to my WiFi network enter pass everything works good. Iceweasel www.whatismyip.com shows me internet connection is working fine, 1-2 seconds later "The connection has timed out" or on tab "Connecting..." turn off and then on using hardware manual wifi switch, internet works good for 3-5 seconds, then "The connection has timed out". I am new to kali I think it maybe some of the pen test software or pre-config that is unusal to kali I am not aware of. Tried unchecking all the pen test software on main menu. I have other laptop running windows it works perfectly fine so I know it is not my WiFi.

So eurovpn, I have something for you & I can come up with several things that could possibly be wrong with your Network Connection.
First look into overriding your TCP timeout & TCP keepalive
/proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_keepalive_time # reasearch this before changing any int(s)
/proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_keepalive_intvls
another thing you can do is to restart your Network-Manager
sudo service Network-Manager restart
I say this because you could also likely be having Issues with the DHCP-Lease
If you are timeing out frequently & loosing Internet Connection, your Lease could be dropping & renewing
I would check this also to see if you have a # of Leases or Lease Files
cd /var/lib/dhcp #This will show you a List of all your dhcp lease files
If you do have many on Fresh Install of Kali, then try reconfiguring
one last thing is you could also use this script to see if it helps.
