Network Access Yet No Internet Access {Desperate Mode} Paying $ in BTC Instant

Alright guys have tried my best with this. Running kali linux 1.0.9 on len T-60. I just finished making a live USB with this thing with 3 partitions for kali/persistence/and encrypted persistence, I am not an advanced linux user but I have made decent progress. I am WiFi connected to my network but when I open a browser and try to navigate to a URL I receive "The connection has timed out" error along with tab being stuck in "connecting" now when I restart my WiFi using my hardware switch I am able to get internet access for 3-4 seconds. I think I need to turn promiscuous mode on but do not know the commands and have not been able to find them, here is situation:

    root@kali:~# airmon-ng

    wlan0 Intel 4965AGN iwl4965 - [phy0]
