Kali on android - Linux Deploy issue

Hello, I have installed Kali via Linux Deploy in my android phone successfully.
It seems that there are not any pre installed applications in the distribution.
I had even to install aircrack-ng manually via the terminal.
I could't find any of the tools that come pre installed with Kali.
That makes Kali useless when installed from Linux Deploy.
Does anyone else meet the same problem?

Good question! This is actually setup pretty cool because by having none of the tools installed by "default", you can install only the ones you want and not have to spend time removing ones that you don't need.

Run "apt-get update" and then "apt-cache search kali-linux"

You will see a list of kali metapackages.

So, if for example you decided you wanted "kali-linux-wireless", then just do an "apt-get install kali-linux-wireless".

More details can be found here: https://www.kali.org/news/kali-linux-metapackages/
