I recently faced a HDD crash which left my kali installation unusable .. got another machine and got kali back on it ..
what i was wondering which will be the best way to get most of the files .so i copy those to the new installation ..is there a hard and fast rule of doing so ? (a tut maybe) for instance , i had dumps in sqlmap so replacing the /usr/share/sqlmap will work ?
which all such pre-installed apps i can use .. and the metasploit db ? was using cobalt strike on it aswell
any hinters will do
