New install of nethunter cannot bring up WLAN1 using TL-WN722N (Nexus 7 - 2012)

New nethunter install using windows installer on Nexus 7 (2012) sees the USB wireless adapter TL-WN722N (AR9271 driver) as p2p0 but I cannot bring up wlan1.

Is the firmware missing (there is nothing in /lib/firmware/) or am I just missing something simple?

    Thanks in advance

Hi joelaw, I'm experiencing exactly the same issue as you on the same hardware with 1.21 - how did you or anyone else solve it?

joelaw - You have the right kernel but there should be files in the firmware folder (/system/etc/firmware): https://github.com/offensive-securit...m/etc/firmware

Can you do a dmesg when you plug it in?

I am also having this problem, everything worked fine then i did the update and OTG does not work, like its not even there. I see almost everyone is having this issue, is there anyone on it? I don't have the coding ability to figure it out alone, or can we retro-grade back to when it was working until the fix comes out? I used to used net hunter constantly now I can't do much
    Thanks!
