Hi guys, so for christmas I got some computer parts, and I built a computer. I decide to use Kali as my OS. I installed Kali onto a usb, installed it onto my computer, and then ran it. However, it does not work. Once all the code is finished running, the monitor turns to a white screen, that has a black banner on top, with blue and white dashes scattered. Also, when I press enter, white dashes are added to the top of the screen (where the black banner is). Once pressed again, back to the original amount of white dashes. Any help would be extremely appreciated. I also tried installing on 2 different USBs, and I tried installing both the 32 and 64-bit. Every time, the white screen comes up.
One last thing; if I press ctrl + alt + F1, I can use root (if i sign in).
