As the title states sometimes when I am browsing the web in Chrome or on youtube the mouse seems to get caught under the chrome window. It freezes in place but when I move it to certain UI elements such as the window close button or the "hamburger" menu as I call it highlights them as if the mouse was there but its not visually there. When I click on anything the program freezes and I cant tell if the computer itself crashes as it starts to lag to the point that I cant ctrl+alt+t to open any terminals or anything like that.
Some help fixing this here issue would be awesome.
