Connecting Nethunter to Kali Linux VM

    Hey all,

I want to be able to connect my N7 to my Kali linux through SSH, VNC, etc. MY VM is setup with NAT and on a different subnet than my N7. Do I need to get an external wifi adapter for my N7 or is it just a matter of switching my devices to be on the same subnet? Thanks

SSH doesn't require that both parties be on the same subnet, you should be able to SSH anywhere. VNC I don't know about.

I had no problem connecting (2012 Nexus 7 stock radio) via VNC to Kali which was running in VirtualBox on my Macbook. I was able to SSH to my Debian DNS server as well. I connected to both while I was on the same subnet - very simple.
