process with no name and changing PID per second

Hi,

In my process list there are 1,2, or sometimes 3 processes with no name, and changing their PIDs in every 1-2 second, so there is no chance to kill these processes.
Does anyone have any idea what are those?
Rootkit?
rkhunter does not detect anything

chkrootkit warns that possible LKM rootkit detected.

How can I delete / kill forever these processes or invastigate what is going on?

In red you can see the strange process without any name. After 1 second it diasappears from the list and then reappeares with a new PID.

in the posts I see other users had the very same issue.
I also do not have playonlinux installed. but the very same situation exist on my kali 1.0.9

"top" command shows these 4 nameless processes and shows "sleep" in command column and increasing their PIDs .

Here are two screenshots where the processes are named as "sleep". Are these processes legit? Why are these processes changing there PID? Usually +30 in every second.
