Upgrading GLIBC from 2.13 Problems

Hi there.

Have anyone succeed on upgrading GLIBC on Kali Linux ?

The stable version currently is 2.13 and each time I try to upgrade from sid repositories, after that, the Kali boots into console mode and cannot boot to X.

Anyone has any ideas?

I already tried following this steps but without any success. Same behaviour.
