Kali froze... wont boot, grub rescue, HELP!?

Ok I switched users and it froze. Sadly I had to reset it. Now wont boot and grub is gone? When I boot LiveCD and look at the hd via gparted sda1 unknown filesystem sda2 extended sda5 swap. Is this fixable or not?

I looked for linux using

grub rescue> ls (hd0,1)/

No avail. any ideas or information would be great!

Sounds like the disk had become corrupt. I would suggest if you have a seperate drive to boot from backup your data and perhaps considering purchasing a new drive for your kali linux install

I reinstalled.... again. I seem to brake kali a lot......... I guess thats why us noobs have disks laying around lol
