Apt-get 404 not found

Hi guys, I am having an error and need help. Tried searching online but not able to find anything.

I can run "apt-get update" without any errors, but "apt-get upgrade" returns this error:

Err http://http.kali.org/kali/ kali-dev/main linux-libc-dev amd64 3.18.3-1+kali2 404 Not Found
Failed to fetch http://http.kali.org/kali/pool/main/...ali2_amd64.deb 404 Not Found
E: Unable to fetch some archives, maybe run apt-get update or try with --fix-missing?

I have tried "apt-get update" and "apt-get upgrade --fix-missing" already, it still doesn't work.

This is the output of my sources.list file:

its been almost 3 or 4 years since you update wiffy is there anyway you add and update for kali linux im still using wiffy 1.06 beta
