Broadcom 14e4:43a0 | Live USB Boot | No Wifi

    Hello,

I have been trying to get the Wifi working for days now but to no avail. I am running Kali through a USB on my Macbook Pro Retina. I believe it has a Broadcom 14e4:43a0. Also there is no ethernet port on my Mac and so I am trying to do everything either offline or through USB transfer of files. Any help would be greatly appreciated !

    Thanks in advance

Don't know if you've already fixed your issue, but here's what I've done on Kali1.1.0a running on kernel 3.18:

    1) Download the official driver from: https://www.broadcom.com/support/802.11/linux_sta.php
    2) Download the patch files from: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/broadcom-wl-dkms/
    3) Extract contents of both files into the same folder.
    4) Run PKGBUILD
    5) Then follow the instructions at: https://www.broadcom.com/docs/linux_...30.223.248.txt

Just to be on the safeside, it might be better to remove all the packages related to earlier version of the driver, if any.
