Problem to access live Kali x64 usb drive when boot from this usb

I created a live kali usb, but I have problem to access the usb after boot into kali from it.

    I tried #mount /dev/sdb1 /mnt/usb

then it shows me a error message "Mount is denied because the NTFS volume is already exclusive opened".

Anyone know how to fix this? I tried to google the problem, no help so far.

    Thanks so much

I think you should made the other partition of USB for the kali persistent ext3, and use the Gpart for this feature, see the Kali Doc for persistent to create, however, once you apt-get update && apt-get upgrade for your persistent, you will face another problem, and that is mouse and keyboard (sometimes screen resolution) will be messed up.
