I am trying to make my Kali Linux 1.1 USB Live UEFI bootable.

But the BOOTX64.efi file link it provides doesn't seem to be valid anymore: ftp://mirrors.kernel.org/fedora/rele...4/os/EFI/BOOT/
I have googled it to death, but I cannot seem to find BOOTX64.efi for download.
Can anyone advise?
