Nethunter 2.0 update correctly?

Although my kali sources were updated, my Nethunter version still shows 1.0, anyone else have this issue? Also anyone get an selinux disabled error when launching kali menu in terminal?

at the shell did you try to run...
'apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade -y'
yet?

Thats the first thing you do after installing any Linux distro, but that only updates Kali itself, not the Nethunter app. I'm wondering if the app was updated at all, and maybe it was just Kali.. but everything for me is broken in the new app.. and I mean pretty much everything. I'll wait until the bugs are worked out.
