Lenovo G70-70 - KALI Linux 64 Bit - Blackscreen when booting from CD

Hey all,

I downloaded the latest KALI 64-Bit ISO image. When I try to boot from CD to install KALI, I'm just getting a black screen and nothing happens.
After some time the system reboots.

Any clues here?

Did you verify the sha1sum of the iso before you made the image?


What process did you use to image it on the cd

Are you efi booting or legacy booting?

Yes, I verfied the checksum.

ISO Burning with DeepBurner.

Legacy Booting.
