I know this topic already created but I couldn't find solution at any other topics. First I installed kali at hdd with no other os. After the login (username: root , psw: my password) it freezes without certain time. It usually gets frozen right after I login but it could be last about 10 minutes too. After I updated and upgraded kali (sudo apt-get update | apt-get upgrade), I belive in it last a little bit longer before it freezes. After searching solution about a week I finally gave up and deleted kali. But I couldn't wait, and I reinstalled kali with windows (2 OS). As you can guess I still have same issues. It still freezes.
- Starting kali from hdd ==> Freeze
- Starting kali from usb ==> Live (686-pae) ==> Freeze
- Starting kali from usb ==> Live USB persistence ==> Works perfect
- Before it freezes ==> Wallpaper shows up --> home folder shows up sometimes --> Top bar shows up rarely.
- Problem with installation ==> It maybe freeze maybe not
- After updating and upgrading ==> It usually freezes when I open web browser.
- When it freeze ==> I can move mouse but ctrl-alt-F1 doesn't work, also if I try to open browser or anything mouse gets freeze too.
- When it freeze ==> Only thing that works force shutdown.
So, I can get any information you need, I am getting bored but I really want to use kali (on hdd)
