Installing Windows in VirtualBox running Kali

Hello,did a general search of the Forum and all i could find was "How to Run Kali on VirtualBox" , but i wanna RUN Windows inside VirtualBox running Kali.
I was able to Install VB , now i want to run windows , i have a .iso file .but when ever i start the virtual machine i get
" Fatal: Could not read from the boot medium! System halted."

Searching this Error gave me following
- Check if in the Source the iso is selected and not the DVD
----- it is indeed selected ,"iso"

I couldn't find any other instance where some different issue was discussed (or i missed)

would be grateful if someone can hint me towards pointers or links where i can read to solve this ..

Yeah VM also gave me problems with that, so i switched to program called boxes. It works alot easier. I believe you have install it with synaptic manager.
