Question Help! Is Kali setup.exe is infected?

Webroot security (came free with laptop) has been haunting my PC for months after uninstalling it. It obviously didn't uninstall very well because it will pop up time to time. Now I made a bootable USB with Kali that I have used before on another USB with no problems. Webroot says setup.exe (Kali setup) is infected with "Win32.LocalInfect.2". What does this mean? I have never seen it pop up so many times. Is it a false error? I appreciate any help.

As far as I'm aware - there isn't a 'setup.exe' on any Kali ISOs - sounds like malware to me....

So I should delete it from the USB, right?

Yeah, today it says Pua.solimba is the threat now. I shredded the setup.exe with AVG.
