Hi All,

When I tried to do an update && upgrade I got the following error:
Err http://http.kali.org/kali/ kali/non-free windows-binaries all 0.5-0kali0 403 Forbidden
Failed to fetch http://http.kali.org/kali/pool/non-f...0kali0_all.deb 403 Forbidden

please help.

In short - something is detecting it as malware and blocking the download.

If your at work - could be the company proxy (Talk to a network administrator).
If your doing it at home - certain ISPs are blocking 'known malware' to protect their users (Ring them up and ask to be removed from the service).

Fix your /etc/apt/sources.list like this, and everything fine

deb http://mirror.gawsolutions.us/kali kali main non-free contrib
deb-src http://mirror.gawsolutions.us/kali kali main non-free contrib
## Security updates
