When installing Nethunter onto a Nexus 4 will I be able to capture wifi packets using the internal wifi? (not external)

Unfortunately , no . The internal wifi card of the nexus 4 does not support monitor mode and packet injection . You will have to use external wifi card with otg cable to utilise any of the wireless attacks in Nethunter .

Nexus 4 is rubbish they should delete the nexus 4
wifi attakcs dont work even with otg
you need a power bank that can supply 99 million vc pps to make it work
