All,

I am trying to dual boot Kali with Windows 8.1. I have followed all the proper steps in installing from a USB provided by the Kali doc using win32 along with partitioning the drive to accept the new OS. I also have tried using rufus and manually setting the EFI/BOOT files to the ISO. This along with disabling fast boot and secure boot. When I reboot and boot from the USB it loops restart a few times then locks to a static screen. I believe this is configuration of the EFI/BOOT files or a video card problem as I receive the same results with both methods.
