Need help reinstalling Kali from USB.

Kali installation is confusing to me, I don't know how I managed it the first time, but for some reason it stopped working(I posted about this few days back).

Now I'm trying to reinstall it again, I can dedicate 60GB for Kali, what partitions do I need to create and what should be the size of each partition? Like usr, swap, etc?

first is it dual boot system with windows?
if it yes, then just do this steps:
1.) download Minitool partition Wizard and install it an run it (you can do his steps also from windows w/o any program)
2.) find your kali Linux partition (Ext and swap)
3.) delete it (optional you can wipe it, but this is slow) don't forget to apply all tasks
4.) live this this partition as "unallocated"
5.) boot your Kali from cd/usb and install it on "first free impartation space" or something like this.
    that is all
