Using Kali as a bench marking tool against server builds

Hi There,

I want to scan around 100 servers and see if they meet CIS benchmarks. Is this possible with Kali linux ?

I will be using the latest version of kali in a vmware VM. I'm looking at Nessus and the CAT-CIS tool too but they are quite expensive.
