Kali 2.0 - No touchpad support during install and solutions

MTeams did a Hard Drive Dual Boot test install of kali-linux-2.0-i386 to a Samsung Notebook and immediately ran into problems. There was no support for this computers touchpad during the graphical install process hence there was no mouse. To work around this, we tried a usb mouse which did work and the rest of the installation process went without a problem.
Once installed and you boot into kali-linux, the touchpad mouse works fine so it is only a matter of getting thru the install process.
Hence if at the beginning of the install your mouse freezes, go find a usb mouse solution.
