Can't install Software-Center....

Please help, I am tried a lot of other sourcelist but it doesnt work.
I am install all new Kali Linux from Kali Linux 2.0 ISO

There is no software-center for Kali. You can install everything you need through apt-get or aptitude.

Hmmm yes i had software-center download on the last 1.10a version it downloaded but did not work BUT there was a Synaptic Tool that also came with it and it did work and works great for HAM radio community it really made life easy for HAMS to get tools quick and easy as i just upgraded to 2.0 and was very happy most come pre-installed very nice But i can't seem to find the download tool (apt-get install software-center) for the other very useful ham software any were i get the (E: error ) or not in the repositories so i guess i will have to do it the slower way it was great list for hams that are not so good with linux i do hope they fix it i just seen the bleeding edge rep post i wonder if it has it?

can anyone confirm?

ok nevermind fixed my own issues all you need to do is "apt-get install synaptic"

i have changed the sources.list and lsb-release as told on blogs or youtube channels, i still couldn't fix the issue. But i only installed synaptic
