airmon-ng creating problem to connect to internet

In latest Kali 2.0 version, to start a cracking a process, we must kill the other processes that is using the current wireless card 'wlan0' using`airmon-ng check kill` and thus internet disconnects. There is no use restarting the network manager. If we don't 'kill' the processes, airodump-ng does not work stating `Device or resource busy`. Is their any solution so that both works simultaneously like in previous Kali versions?
