Increase TX power on wifi card

This problems exists couple of months ago
You can not use any more

Code:

iw reg set BO
iwconfig wlan1 txpower 30

instead of this we can simply use another county code

iw reg set GY
iwconfig wlan1 txpower 30

At the end I need to mention that this problem also exist in other Linux distributions, not only in Kali
