Which version of VMWare Player should Kali 2.0 run on?
Since it's based on Debian 8 does it need to run on VMWare Player 12? Or can it run on VMWare 6 or 7? I need to run 6 for compatibility with other programs.

The Kali 2.0 VMware images are set to 'Workstation 8 compatibility'.
