My first post in Kali forums. Can you configure the wifi card to work in monitor mode, using kali linux 2.0 and the command iwconfig wlan0 channel?
I cant see any mention of it anywhere:-

I want to launch a deauth attack on 40 mhz channel via aireplay-ng -0 100 -a <ap bssid> -c <client mac> wlan0
