OK I'm running Kali 2.o , well actually installing it right now with LVM

I saw in 1.X there was an situ all security tool (by googling) where if the wrong password is entered it destroys the HD.

I'm doing this as I want to get into the security field and am trying to learn as much as possible. Many applications could be used for future security measures .. Even though I know Kali is mainly used as a pen drive.

Here is my question. And I don't want to test it lol ...

If the wrong password is entered , the one that sets it to destroy the drive, what shows up on the screen ? Does the screen go all haywire, or say it is destroying the drive ?

If so, and I will try to research it myself before asking for help .. Would it be possible to login to a dummy normal Linux Kali screen while it is destroying the files ? Making the user unaware of what's happening before they turn the computer off and try data recovery ?
