My LCD brightness control dosnt work to Kali

Hi everybody


i have a Laptop (Lenovo Z500) , master VGA is Nvidia , and when i go to Kali , the screen Brightness dosnt work ! some time when i pressed the low Brightness key, fully turn off Backlight LCD ! and som tims , nothing !

how i can solve this problem ?

nobody? I'm also same problem in kali 2.0, fn+down or fn+up not work. In kali 1.10 work. fn+left or fn+right work level sound.

hi, here discovery, with kernel 4.2 and remove flag nomodeset in line kernel, work! but stay instable system...
edit Solved: i try flag boot with i915.modeset=0 nouveau.modeset=0 not work, try only i915.modeset=0 not work, try only nouveau.modeset=0 work! not crash not instable system!

just enter the brightness level in /sys/class/backlight/intel_backlight/brightness file
