Install KALI 2.0 On Macbook (2015) withou Usb or CD.

I want Install : Kali 2.0 amd64
On : Macbook (2015 Retina This macbook doesn’t have USB only (USB_Type3) and no have extern CD.
Os : Mac Os 10.10.5


I have try to install kali .iso but my computer have not usb or cd. This model only have usb type 3.

I have Refind for boot.

i have try install directly .iso on my hdd, partition FAT32. No work
Try Unebootin for copy iso. Unetbootin work but no boot.

try diskutil … No work to


I give an error after boot in HDD with .iso ( view picture)

an idea ? Tank-you

i've read this!!! but no work for me.

I have try another distri (fatdog64) create HDD partition and run unetbootin. It's work for this but with Kali. NO

i think my problem is with - entrymenu (cfg refind) or folder for run boot ( syslinux.cfg , vmlinux , intrd.gz)

i have try lot solution ,no work
