    Alfa AWUS036NH: Has the issue been fixed?

    Hey there,

    I've been looking for a good wireless adapter to buy, but I've stuck on the 036xxx, i've been reading about the issues that some people have. BUT, most of those posts are from 2013.

    I want to buy the Alfa AWUS036HN (http://www.amazon.ca/Alfa-AWUS036NH-...dp/B003YJ05QS/).

    I am wondering, has it been fixed? Like the driver issues or whatnot?

    The 036NH with the RT3070 chipset will work OK, but take my advice (I've bought them all, lol)... spend less than twenty bucks and get yourself an X-Media NE-WN3212D with the RT3072 chipset, it's ten times better than the 036NH.

    OH, if I'm allowed to post a link, here's someone else's opinion. I don't agree fully - for example, he's wrong when he claims the 036NHA is dual-band.

    So, I bought it, it has arrived. Weeee!

    I am trying this **** right now! Ill edit once I am done. WPA network, so it will take couple of decades. See you then!

    flashpoint, Did that adapter work for you? I will purchase it also. If you say it works with Kali. Thanks
