    Unhappy Kali 2.0 network and graphic drivers problem

    Hi,

    I have freshly installed Kali 2.0 few days ago and my first problem is how to connect or rather how to configure DSL/PPPOE connection.
    I am struggling with this problem and I cannot find the solution how to get connected via wired connection using my username and password.

    My second problem is why does my screen freezes always when I try to reboot or to turn it off?
    From my own experience I know that installing Nvidia drivers should solve the problem, but every time during the Nvidia drivers installation,
    at the moment where i have to turn off the X server (init 3 or service gdm3 stop) my screen freezes instantly...

    A forced power off is only option...

    I'd be very grateful if someone could help me to solve this problem, since i am already a little bit frustrated

    I have booted Kali from my USB using the pendrivelinux (Universal USB Installer) to mount it. Is it a good choice of tool or which is the best according to your opinion?

    Best regards

    For your DSL connection......
    => Open Terminal
    => Type nm-connection-editor
    => Go to DSL
    => than user name and password (THAT'S IT)

    For your Black Screen.......
    => Go to BIOS SETUP
    => change THE POWER ON DISPLAY ---> "AUTO"

    THANK-YOU
