What Wireless Adapter to buy ?

Hi Folks,

I would really know how tell if the wireless dongle I'm gonna buy supports Monitor mode & packet Injection ? does it come with a specific Chipset ? Which one is it ?

If any one can provide a full tech details on this.

PS: I have buyer next to my house has TP-Link TL-WN823N, does it support the above ? would it help use reaver and aircrack without issues ?
