Question HP Stream 11 Notebook vs. Acer C670 Chromebook

HP Stream 11.6 Inch Laptop (Intel Celeron, 2 GB, 32 GB SSD, Horizon Blue) Includes Office 365 Personal for One Year (Discontinued by Manufacturer) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00NSHLUBU..._TyXgwbAW1GK8N

    Acer Chromebook, 11.6-Inch, CB3-111-C670 (Intel Celeron , 2GB, 16GB SSD, White) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MMLV7VQ..._QGXgwbYA72J15

Which of these two low cost options would be best for running Kali Linux and why?

I'm running Linux on an HP Stream 11 I picked up on Amazon a couple of weeks ago. Why the Stream 11? 32GB vs. 16GB, N2840 vs. N2830, not having to mess around with a convoluted installation process, Windows (for those times when Linux just won't do), and ability to dual boot. I resized the Windows partition on the SSD to give me a 500 MB space. Installed /boot to the SSD, the remainder of the OS to an SD card. The Stream 11 also can boot and run a full installation off a 16 GB USB flash drive - I tried this before doing the install to the SSD & SD card.
