attempting to d/l Kali 32-bit and stalls out between 600KB and 1.3gig into the download. plenty of space on the windows 10 machine I am trying to d/l onto to make a bootable usb to transfer to an older laptop that had fedora on it.
any advice would be helpful.

If you have having issues downloading via HTTP, switch to torrents.
