Long story short I was unable to get my computer to boot of my Kali usb, so I switched boot type from UEFI to CSM. It worked and I was able to boot and install Kali to my computer. After restarting and removing the usb I was told that my computer was unable to find any bootable media, all I was able to do was reinsert the usb, restart my computer and I got the options to run a live os or install. I'd been locked out of windows as well, I had no grub menu. After a lot of keyboard mashing I managed to bring back the option to change from CSM to UEFI after doing so my computer booted back into windows. upon restart I am unable to access grub therefore my computer boots straight to windows even though it has Kali installed. Any ideas on how I'd get grub back?
