Application tab cutomization

hello, recently i have installed kali 2.0 previously i was using BT5r3 and kali1.0 for a very short period. i like the way application are arranged in bt or kali 1.0 like in hierarchy order. is there anyway that i can change the application tab of kali2.0 like that way... it has lot of improvements over previous versions but i like application menu like that way more is there anyway that i can do that??

Hi man! yes you can change it. Just check the gnome documentation or documentation regarding your Desktop Env if you are not using gnome.
